Starting in October, we will have a special opportunity to explore what it means for each of us to follow in Jesus' footsteps to be a disciple.

A Disciple's Path is an engaging approach to discipleship through the lens of our Methodist heritage. The six-week program guides individuals to take the next steps in discipleship and become dynamic followers of Jesus Christ and engaged, vital members of the local church.

The study combines a Wesleyan understanding of our growth in God's love and grace with practices of spiritual disciplines:

upholding the church with our

prayers, presence, gifts, service, and witness

The goal:

Develop spiritual practices

Discover our unique gifts

Become engaged in ministry that brings transformation in our own lives, the lives of others, and the world

You can participate in a few ways:

  • Attend Sunday worship. For 6 weeks, will we explore how we can grow in God's love and grace through prayers, presence, gifts, service, and witness.  (Schedule below.)

  • Go deeper with a daily workbook. This additional resource can be used individually or with your School class or Small Group.

This optional workbook includes five readings a week that help you prepare

before each Sunday's topic. It’s a way to learn, explore, and reflect on your own

path of discipleship. Again, you can participate individually or as a group.

Workbooks can be purchased at the Connection Point ($12) on/by September 29

in order to prepare for our first Sunday worship session on Sunday, October 6.

You are also welcome to purchase an optional Companion Reader ($13), which is

another tool to further your experience.

Associate Pastor, Patty Muse, will also offer thoughtful support on our private
