Greetings! At Munsey our vision for children’s ministries is to be a place where children and their families are welcomed in love, nurtured in the Word, and challenged to be disciples of Christ.

Delight is the key word that we use. Through music, bible study, Sunday school, our Wednesday night clubhouse, through special outings and family events, we want children to know that we delight in them and that God delights in them. We hope that they have a wonderful time in our midst.

Be sure and join us for the Blessing of the Backpacks!

August is here! For many families that means school is starting soon. Everyone has been busy shopping for school supplies, books, and fall clothes. Join us at Munsey Church, on Sunday, August 8, as we celebrate and bless the beginning of another school year.

On August 8, bring your backpack or lunchboxes to any worship service at 8:45 or 11am. The service will lift up children and students of all ages, dedicating them to God's glory, as we begin a new school year. Our prayers will be for their safety and welfare, desire for knowledge, peaceful beginnings and fruitful study.

Teachers, aides, principals, administrators, secretaries, cooks, librarians, janitors, and bus drivers… come to church to be blessed, affirmed in your vocation, and encouraged as you serve children and families in your daily work!

August 8 is also Prmotion Sunday, where children will move up into their new classes and meet their new sheperds.
