Adult Discipleship at Munsey is multi-faceted. 
 
We have a variety of Sunday School Classes that meet on Sunday mornings from 10:00am-10:45am.  The classes vary from lecture to discussion to book studies and cover all age groups and stages of life.   A brief description of each class is listed on the Sunday School page.
 
On Wednesday nights, August-June, a wide array of classes are offered from 6:15-7:17.  Classes are offered in the are of Biblical/Theological Studies, Spiritual Formation, and Service opportunities.  In addition, an on-going small group meets with young adults ages 22-39.  The classes changes on a frequent basis and enrollment is always open. We also offer a coffee house for those who just wish to relax and enjoy some fellowship
 
Our Women's Bible Study, called the Martha Wexler Bible Study (MWBS) meets on Monday and Tuesday monrnings. At this time they are doing a Beth Moore study.

Wednesdays from 6 – 7 pm in LL10 led by Trish Patterson  February 29 thru March 28
FINAL WORDS FROM THE CROSS – a study by Adam Hamilton
 
Hamilton examines Christ’s dying hours and his final words as seen and heard through the eyes and ears of those who stood near the cross.
This study provides fresh insight into Jesus’ final words at the cross through the perspective of those who witnessed the crucifixion. Then, it moves beyond the cross to Jesus' words to the disciples on the road to Emmaus and to those who were witnesses to the Resurrection.

Brown bag a Lenten lunch blessing! 
The Lenten Lunch Bunch will meet Ash Wednesday, February 22nd – Wednesday, April 4th, 12:00-1:30, in LL14, to walk with Jesus through the 24 Hours That Changed the World.   Join Claire Lovelace and Marjorie Wilson, who will spur the Lenten Lunch Bunch to, as author Adam Hamilton says, “deeper faith and sense of love and gratitude for Jesus Christ.”  Books are available now in the Connection Point for $13 or can be purchased at Cokesbury.  As you consider how to make the Lenten season meaningful, why not make this weekly discipline a living sacrifice to God?  For more information, contact Patty Muse at 461-8070, x243, or pattymuse@munsey.org.
